On Thursday, we got our first negative report from Madeline's school. She has started disobeying the teachers! She is letting her social butterfly personality interfere with her school work. Andy and I have talked to her, and we are working on correcting her bahaviour. In the meantime, we are also doing school work at home instead of playing with puzzles or toys to make up for the work she is not doing at school. It is really cute watching Andy teach Madeline how to write her name in lowercase. Its kind of amazing how much coordination and practice it takes to write the letter "e"

Y'all are such great parents! Madeline will be so advanced when she gets to Kindergarten. When I student taught kinder (in the spring too, not even the beginning of the year!), most of the kids were not near as smart as our little Madeline, and she's only 3!
PS-Remember when I used to always get in trouble in elementary school for talking and not staying in my seat? Haha, I do!
She gets that talking from her grandfather here in Austin! Y'all hang in there and keep up the good work.
